1-2. Reservation & Transaction Information

Reservation date/time, party size, contact details (name, email, phone number), venue information, order details, and transaction amounts.

1-3. Payment Information

Payment processing on the Service is handled through Stripe, Inc. ('Stripe'), a third-party payment service provider. Sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers, expiration dates, and security codes (CVV) are not stored on our servers but are directly processed and stored by Stripe's secure payment infrastructure. The only payment-related information we retain are transaction identifiers issued by Stripe (payment IDs, customer IDs, etc.) and transaction statuses.

1-4. Usage Information

Favorites and browsing history, review and rating content, device information, IP address, access logs, and cookie information.

1-5. Business User Information

Business name, address, contact information, business details, menu/pricing information, and account information (managed through Stripe Connect).

2. Purpose of Use

We use collected personal information for the following purposes:

• Providing, operating, and improving the Service
• Processing and managing reservations and payments
• User support and inquiry handling
• Sending service-related notifications (reservation confirmations, payment completion notices, reminders, etc.)
• Statistical analysis (understanding usage in non-personally identifiable form)
• Preventing unauthorized use and ensuring security (including fraud detection)
• Compliance with legal requirements

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

We may disclose or share personal information with third parties in the following cases:

3-1. Payment Processing Partner (Stripe)

For payment processing, we share Users' names, email addresses, and payment information with Stripe, Inc. Stripe is headquartered in the United States, and Users' personal data may be processed and stored on servers outside Japan, including in the United States, for payment processing purposes. 3-2. Reservation Providers

For reservation processing, we share minimum necessary information (guest name, contact details, reservation details) with reservation providers.

3-3. Other Cases

We may disclose personal information when required by law, when necessary to protect life, body, or property, or when outsourcing to service providers under appropriate management.

4. International Data Transfers

In operating the Service, Users' personal data may be transferred outside Japan for the following reasons:

• Payment processing: For payment processing by Stripe, Inc. (United States)
• Cloud infrastructure: Due to the location of cloud servers used for service provision

The Company ensures that appropriate data protection measures are in place at the transfer destinations and takes necessary measures in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

5. Use of Cookies

We use cookies for the following purposes:

• Saving language and display preferences

• Ensuring payment processing security (including cookies used by Stripe)

6. Data Storage & Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. Data is transmitted through encrypted communications (SSL/TLS) and stored on access-controlled servers. Payment information is processed on Stripe's PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure, and card information is not stored on our servers. However, we cannot guarantee complete security of internet communications.

7. Data Retention

Personal information is retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of use. After account deletion, personal information is promptly deleted except for periods required by law. Transaction records such as reservation history and payment records may be retained for up to 7 years after the transaction is completed, in accordance with commercial and tax laws. The retention period for payment information stored by Stripe is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

8. User Rights

Users have the following rights regarding their personal information held by the Company:

• Right to access (confirmation of personal information held by the Company)
• Right to correction, addition, and deletion
• Right to suspension of use
• Right to stop disclosure to third parties
• Right to data export (portability)

9. Minors' Personal Information
