Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service define the conditions between willB Inc. (hereinafter 'the Company') and all users (hereinafter 'Users') regarding the use of LR Shinshu (hereinafter 'the Service'), which is operated by the Company. Users must agree to these terms before using the Service. By using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

In these Terms, the following definitions apply: 'General User' refers to individuals using the Service as travelers. 'Business User' refers to corporations or sole proprietors listing their business information on the Service. 'Content' refers to text, images, and other information posted on the Service. 'Payment Service' refers to the online payment functionality provided through the Service.

Article 3 (Registration)

Registration is required to access certain features of the Service. Users must maintain accurate and up-to-date registration information. The Company reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts found to contain false information. Users are responsible for properly managing their account information and must not allow third parties to use their accounts.

Article 4 (Business Services)

Business Users may list their business information on the Service by subscribing to paid plans offered by the Company. Details regarding fees, payment terms, and contract periods are specified on the Commercial Transaction Act disclosure page and individual plan descriptions. Business Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they publish.

Article 5 (Reservations & Transactions)

Reservations and transactions made through the Service are established directly between Users and businesses. The Company functions as an information platform and payment processing intermediary, and is not a party to the service provision. Cancellations and changes to reservations are subject to each business's cancellation policy and the Service's refund policy.

Article 6 (Payments)

Payment processing on the Service is handled through Stripe, Inc. ('Stripe'), a third-party payment service provider. When Users make payments through the Service, Stripe's Terms of Service (https://stripe.com/legal) and Privacy Policy (https://stripe.com/privacy) apply.

The Company does not directly store or process sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers or CVV codes. This information is processed through Stripe's secure payment infrastructure. For payment details, please refer to the Commercial Transaction Act disclosure page.

Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and Diners Club credit and debit cards. Payments are processed in Japanese Yen (JPY).

Article 7 (Refunds & Cancellations)

Refunds and cancellations for transactions made through the Service are subject to the Company's Refund Policy. For details, please see the Refund Policy page (/refund-policy).

Article 8 (Prohibited Activities)

The following activities are prohibited: (1) Registering or posting false information (2) Harassing or disturbing other users (3) Unauthorized use of the Service (scraping, automated mass access, etc.) (4) Infringing intellectual property rights (5) Activities violating laws or public order (6) Placing excessive load on the Service's systems (7) Fraudulent payment activities (use of stolen cards, chargeback fraud, etc.) (8) Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property)

Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or their rightful owners. Intellectual property rights of content posted by Business Users remain with the Business Users, but the Company has the right to use such content to the extent necessary for operating the Service. The same applies to reviews and other content posted by Users.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

While the Company strives to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of information on the Service, it does not guarantee these qualities. The Company is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence. The Company has no obligation to mediate disputes between Business Users and General Users. Issues related to payment processing are handled in accordance with Stripe's Terms of Service.

Article 11 (Service Changes, Interruption, Termination)

The Company may change, interrupt, or terminate the Service without prior notice. However, for paid services, the Company will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice before termination.

Article 12 (Account Deletion)

Users may delete their account and withdraw from the Service at any time through the prescribed procedure. After withdrawal, the Company will promptly delete the User's personal information, except for periods required by law. For Business Users, withdrawal processing is completed after settlement of any outstanding fees. If there are pending reservations or payments, withdrawal is completed after those are processed.

Article 13 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Matsumoto Branch of the Nagano District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes related to the Service.

Article 14 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may change these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms take effect upon publication on the Service. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Service or by email.
